Jeff Wechsler

Jeff Wechsler is the Founder of Pakalōlō Capital, where he leads investment and innovation across the Functional Foods sector and advanced technologies. With more than twenty years of experience in Alternative Investments, Venture Capital, and Operational Strategy, Jeff specializes in scaling emerging technologies that intersect nutrition, science, and consumer wellness, including cannabis IP and clinical-stage therapeutics. 

Previously, he served as Chief Investment Officer at Neutrino Corp, a single-family office managing a global portfolio across real estate, private equity, and venture capital. He also spent a decade at Oppenheimer Asset Management, where he worked as a Registered Investment Advisor. 

At Pakalōlō Capital, Jeff is currently building an ecosystem of functional-food technologies, advanced bioavailability platforms, and global partnerships designed to accelerate commercialization and power the next generation of high-impact functional ingredients.
